The Chems are splendid in the Sahara as well as the main stage. I enjoyed seeing them in the Sahara because the tent offered a kind of intimacy you don't get when you're out there on the open field. Plus the visuals danced and played all over the sides and ceiling of the tent which was an all-engulfing experience. The mainstage is massive, though and there's nothing quite like dancing to the Chemical Brothers on an open field under the starry night sky. It's so much larger than life when you're seeing your favorite band playing the mainstage at a festival especially when they're closing out the night. If they build it, they will come...
