JUNKIE XL- RED

The track locks you up for 11 minutes,

and after that spits you out and your head is clean.

And you want to play the song ones more.

OK I am very sorry to say this but I have to. JunkieXL nowadays is CRAP. I've been following JXL since the "Saturday teenage kick'' album. I saw them live like 8 times in that period. Even talked to Tom (the guy behind JXL) a few times. But back then he had a live band. They had that same energy Prodigy has in a live show. I saw a live show in the "Big sounds of the drag" period but that was lame. It has lost its energy. Today it's a guy waving his index finger over a mixingtable. And the music has lost that agression, that build up tense climax parts in the tracks. Now it's just another dance producer.

JXL was not crap. He was excellent in the early days! I am just as dutch as he is but I lost interest in him. I've got the new album as background music. His first album was PURE ENERGY. I like this little disagreement ;-) I am not making friends here
