A documentary on the Chems?? (more *hmmmmmm*'s from me) I have not seen this, so unfortunately I'm at a loss...
I have heard a cover of Tomorrow Never Knows though - heard it in a shop a couple of years ago, and a woman was singing it. From what I understand there's a pretty tight grip on Beatles songs, and there's a whole lot of red tape that needs to be cleared before any Beatles songs can be used in advertisements, movies, and covers released commercially. Getting a clearance to use a Beatles sample is pretty tough too from what I understand.

Ah... I see. I've seen the Fatboy/Chems gig on video, but didn't get to see any live interviews.
You may want to just go here:

It's a starting point to all the song titles that match Tomorrow Never Knows and at least you can listen to samples (if you can get the damn thing to load, it's sllllooooooooooow) and take it from there.
Good luck!

Junior Parker.
NegativeSpace: you talking about the Your Weekend Starts Here doc?

He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

About the Blue Meanies invading the peaceful Pepperland, 20.000 leagues under the sea. Young Fred can escape them with his submarine and heads to London where he picks up the Beatles, for music is the only thing the Blue Meanies can't stand.
One of my three favorite movies.

[ah, need a damn "edit" button]
The YELLOW submarine maybe refers to the Illuminatus books by Robert Shea and Robert Anton Wilson, as well as the Apple symbol of their record label.
(Illuminatus is most popular for the use of 23's and the Eye In The Pyramid signs)
