I just saw the chemical brothers last Friday at Turnmills in London and to be honest I wasn't blown away by their performance! Even though the atmosphere was electric, their set, I and my friends thought, was quite monotonous and boring! I got the impression that they didn?t really care about it which pissed me off considering I travelled all the way from Limerick in Ireland to see them. I?m not saying the whole thing was bad, just not as good as I expected it to be! Hopefully they'll be better when i see them again in March!

Monotonous and boring have different meanings. You should have checked that out before posting that reply.

Boring implies feelings of listlessness and discontent: I had never read such a boring book. What is monotonous bores because of lack of variety: ?There is nothing as desperately monotonous as the sea?

Only joking! hehehe
