My first album that i got for christmas one year was by Rick Astley. Don't remember what it was called but i thought it was the coolest thing since polar bears.
After that it was NOW29.
My first CD was one my dad got me: Kraftwerk. Still have it, still works. Class.

I have to admit I kinda liked that Milk Shake song by Kelis. I don't know if it was like at first listen, but it was on heavy rotation at my old job and it was super catchy - we used to give this guy Ed we worked with all kinds of crap because he hated that song so much, and we'd put it on just to annoy him.
I know most of Hall and Oates 80's stuff, but I know it by default, not by choice. My best friend in grade school was in love with Daryl Hall and Hall and Oates was pretty much all she listened to. I think I have a vinyl album of Hall and Oates. Someone at my old job brought in his mom's old vinyl she was getting rid of. The cover is so appallingly bad I had to bring it home - but no I haven't listened to it. I don't know if I can handle the cheese.
I like Lady Marmalade, you know - that song from Moulin Rouge. I actually like the whole soundtrack.
I still listen to Eddie Grant "Electric Avenue" when it comes on shuffle.
And I still have my cassingle for Sir Mix-A-Lot "Baby's Got Back". And when that song comes on shuffle, I will turn it up. You gotta admit that if nothing else, the video was great.
I once paid money for an MC Hammer cassette. Now that's embarrassing!
And that's all I can think of for now.
