Got myself a nice Boss SE-70 effects unit. It's Liam Howlett's multieffects of choice, particularly for distortions.
I got to play a few minutes with it this morning and spotted a few familiar sounds, like that effect on Fatboy Slim's 10th & Crenshaw, at 0:39 :



And I think it's all over Better Living Through Chemistry

i have to choose between a future retro revolution and a xoxbox and in my youtube search, i found this and it's impossible to keep this out of the game.Pure acid madness during 12min00. the whole is quite good but the start is absolutely brilliantready to an acid shivering

I've just stumbled upon this rather interesting but short British documentary about the origines of synthesizers and synthesized music and EMS. Without them, the Bros wouldn't probably be here :)



That sound that's been played at 12:01 reminds of Her Jazz a bit.
