As we all know, "Singles: 93-03" 2CD will be released in Sept. 2003.. BUT also a DVD will be released with it!!! The following news was courtasy of http://the-raft.com/:
"... the DVD will consist of The Chemical Brothers videos, made by renowned directors such as Spike Jonze, Michel Gondry, WIZ and Dom & Nic. It will also feature rare unreleased footage..."
Until next time in the hugely interesting world of white_label...

Astralwerks are headquartered in New York and they have an office in Los Angeles.
I hope hope hope the DVD will be released in US format, and can be played in the DVD player hooked up to my tv. I'm not complaining or anything because I'm glad to have them, but the Star Guitar and Test viddies on the American EP are formatted in such a way that the screen windows are really tiny and I can't make the window larger. There's a lot of detail in both videos and I think the way they are formatted kind of does them an injustice.

To prevent people buying DVDs from other parts of the world, the big media companies divided the globe into six different regions. USA and Canada are Code 1, Europe and parts of Asia are Code 2 and so on. The thought behind that was that people from Europe were able to buy DVDs of movies from the USA that were not even screened in cinemas yet. Not to mention the loss of cash for the non-american outlets of those companies.
So a RC1 DVD won't play on a standard european DVD player, and vice versa. Of course you can modify them - there are even some that get around the RC's.
Best would be a codefree DVD then (or RC0).
