I found this (similar site) last year: http://www.rah.gq.nu...on/breaks1.html - the only problem is they are unedited, but it's good to have them like that sometimes.



My favourite break is from "Sole Power" by Houston Outlaws. Got a track in the works with that tiny snippet of a break. :)

I've got loads of john bonham drumming outtakes from the when the levee breaks sessions, awsome drummer you can find them on the net somewere. Thanks for that link Iggy very interesting.

Off the top of my head they also used parts of it on Bonus Beats Orchestra and the remix of Bug Powder Dust.



BTW I forgot to mention that all the beats on the page I linked to are 44100Hz, 16-bit, Stereo sampled from CD re-releases of said tracks. 8)

don't *ever* get me talking about drum breaks/drum machines....but while I'm here:



I'm rather fond of ike turners 'funky mule' at the moment. the amen I've heard enough for several lifetimes.....still love apache and hot pants and they've been fairly well rinsed



check pretty purdie for mentalist drum break action....



oh and got myself a good man was used on block rockin' beats wasn't it?....that roll?.......
