c-Row To The Siren
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

pardon my ignorance but what is an HDCD? high definision CD? I dont think that would make much sense since definision refers to opitical quality. Do they have better audio fidelity than regular cd's?

it's 24-bit quality which means the sounds are more rich (48,000 khz?). it played on normal cd players, unlike SACDs. I've have some that are 24-bit, they seem to pick up stuff better (it was microphone). I don't know if you need it for them chems since they record directly to sources with out mics for the most part but it probably is better

I cant live without it.

Maybe you dont get it because your not bored of regular dance music yet. I got bored when I started to make the music. Then I realized 4x4 kicks and beats got boring and repedative, I started looking for alternatives. Good thing I have older siblings that showed me real music like Mike Parandis (-ziq), Richard James (aphex twin), Tom Jenkinson (squarepusher), Andy Jekinson / Toms little brother /(ceephax), Cevin Key and Phil Western (download), Michael Sandison and Marcus Eoin (boards of canada), Dylan Nathan (jega) and ofcourse, we can never forget Rob Brown and Sean Booth (autechre). These are all great IDM artists and if I have missed a few, please, make sure they are heard ;-)
